Delete or Hide your YouTube Channel ?

If for any reason you decide to delete YouTube channel, follow the simple steps in the second paragraph.

Before you start the process, consider hiding your channel instead of deleting it permanently to give yourself more time to think about your decision.

If you decide to hide your channel, YouTube will make you content private and will give you the option to re-enable it again. Deleting your channel is a permanent decision.

Delete YouTube Channel Step By Step:

• In your browser, open youtube.com
• Sign in to YouTube with the channel you want to delete
• In the top right, Click your account (Profile Picture)
• In the drop down menu, click Settings
• In the menu located in the left side of your screen, click Advanced Settings
• At the bottom, select Delete channel
• Sign in to YouTube again. If your browser saves your information, just click Next
• Select I want to permanently delete my content
• Confirm you want to delete your channel by selecting the boxes
• Select Delete my channel
