- Log In to your eBay account.
- Click Help & Contact.
- Enter Block a buyer In the search box.
- Click the Block a buyer button.
- Add the buyer’s user ID or email address in the Blocked buyers list, and Submit.
You can block more than one buyer, by Separating the buyers user IDs or email addresses with a comma.
2- Unblock a Buyer?
- Log in to your eBay Account.
- Select Help & Contact.
- Enter block a buyer in the search box.
- Click the Block a buyer button.
- Delete the buyer’s user ID or email address from the Blocked buyer list, and Submit.
3- How To Stop a Buyer you Blocked on eBay from Sending you Messages?
To stop a Buyer you Blocked from sending you messages, Follow these steps:
- Log in to your eBay Account.
- Click Account Settings.
- Select Selling preferences.
- Edit Blocked buyer list.
- Click Don’t allow blocked buyers to contact me.
