You can block a user on Mercari if they keep sending you low ball offers or annoying messages, but keep in mind that this feature is limited, because it doesn’t block them from all the content you share on Mercari.

Most Social Networks and online selling platforms will hide your profile and the content you share when you block an other member, but on Mercari the buyer or seller you block can still see your profile, your ratings, your sales numbers and your listings. The Mercari App only block them from liking your items and sending you messages and offers.

How to Block a User on Mercari?

Follow these steps to block someone on Mercari:

• Go to Mercari.com
• Sign In
• Select one listing of the user you are willing to block
• Click their profile picture located under their listing
• Click the three dot icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
• Tap “Block User” from the pop-up list.
