Gangnam Police are investigating the death of former member of the girl group Kara, who was found dead on Sunday in her home in Seoul, South Korea.
Goo Hara Career
- She was born on Jan 13, 1991 in Gwangju, South Korea.
- Goo joined the girl group Kara in 2008, to replace former member Kim Sung-hee.
- In 2009, she became a cast member of the reality show Invincible Youth that aired on KBS2.
- 2011 she played the role of Choi Da-hye, the daughter of South Korea’s president in SBS City Hunter.
- 2013 she became a blood donation ambassador for the Hanmaum Blood Bank.
- MBC Music aired her reality show called On & Off in December 2014.
- 2015 was a busy year for Hara, she hosted A Style For You, an idol beauty show that aired on KBS. She also released her beauty book Nail HARA and released her solo the EP Alohara.
- She joined the variety show Seoul Mate in 2017.
- In January 2018, Hara was named honorary ambassador for the 6th Animal Film Festival.
